After years of working on whatever table top was free and whenever I had a spare moment available I find having my own art space to create in to be a wondrous thing. The space was originally a storage area that is just over 6 feet wide and close to 14 feet long. It has this lovely big window facing east and for that reason I saw it’s potential. The compactness of the space keeps a lid on what I can bring into my art room yet having a chance to let things lay about while working on a piece helps to increase the creativity. In it’s 6 plus months of operation I’ve had a chance to cook up many creative pieces in my galley studio.
